I have a reservation and the amount has been charged to my credit card but I need to cancel and get reimbursed, please help. Thanks

You can cancel online log-in in to viewmyreservation.com with the booking reference number and email address you used to make the booking with.

it says only a voucher

Choose "cancel" from the left hand side menu once you are logged in into the client portal. You will be offered a voucher, but scroll down and continue with the cancellation request. Provided you cancel up to 24 hrs prior to the collection date/time.
