How about my arrival time, I arrive at the Airport of Tirana Albania at 12:55AM, can I still pick up a vehicle at that time?

Thats no problem, I even tried 2AM, cars are still shown. That means that they are open.

Insert for pick up the 19th of december, pick up time 1AM or 1:30AM for example.

I tried but it keep showing me 11:30PM.
