Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
A cross border fee of 150,00 EUR per rental applies for : Albania, Turkey, Romunia, Croatia, Bulgaria.
A cross border fee of 100,00 EUR per rental applies for : All the other European countries.
Cross border is Not allowed to : Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Ukraine.
Cross border rentals should be requested at least 5 working days prior to the rental pickup date for all countries Except for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Croatia which should be requested at least 7 working days prior to the rental pick up date. Cross border is allowed only after prior consent and payment. Leaving the country without consent may result in a fine of up to EUR 500.
